RUTLAND LUXURY LODGES
Terms and Conditions
Any booking made by telephone/internet/email or postal booking will be provisionally held for 7 days until receipt of deposit and completed booking
form. The lead person on the booking form must be aged over 18 when you book with us you accept full responsibility for any damage or loss caused
by you or any member of your party.
On-line booking can now be made and card payments accepted. All bookings made through our on-line booking system are
provisional until a confirmation is received from Rutland Luxury Lodges.
We have one and two bedroom lodges our 1 bedroom lodges sleep no more than 2 people, our 2 bedroom lodges sleep 4 persons with a maximum of six
persons if using the sofa beds.
Bookings are from Friday to Friday, Monday to Monday and short breaks can be taken from Friday to Monday or Monday to Friday
As well as submitting the completed booking form we require a deposit of £100 of the total booking cost.
Full payment is now 28 days before arrival. payment can be made by credit card/debit card/cheques or BACS (cheques to be made payable to HINCH ENTERPRISES LTD
and can only be accepted if received no less than 2 weeks before arrival)
Please note we require a £200 deposit when booking for the Christmas/New Year period.
All payments are non refundable. When a deposit has been made you agree to our contract and all our terms and conditions.
REMAINDER OF BALANCE - balance must be paid 28 days before before commencement of your break. If the balance is not
paid by the due date we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain the deposit. Our booking fee does not include holiday insurance we
therefore strongly recommend you take out insurance against cancellation.
Lodges can be occupied from 3pm and must be vacated by 10 am on day of departure. Latest arrival time 8pm.
YOUR DUTY OF CARE
We request that when you vacate the lodge it is left in the same condition as upon your arrival cleaning equipment can be found in each lodge Rutland
Luxury Lodges reserves the right to charge the named lead person up to £50.00 to cover costs for lodges left in a poor state upon departure.
No furniture /bedding/plates /cutlery to be removed or moved between lodges
Breakages/damages must be reported and paid for
All fixtures and fittings must be used solely for their intended purpose
Guests must not take into the lodges any barbecues lighting equipment or any item which may cause any damage to the lodge
All lodges and hot tubs are non smoking. Guests may smoke on the patio area
Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times especially when using the hot tubs and around the pool area
Guests are requested to park only in the designated parking areas
Your vehicles and their contents are left ant entirely at you own risk. Rutland Luxury Lodges will not be responsible for any loss or damage from or
to any vehicle
Visitors are welcome but must not stay over night without our permission
The lead person is responsible for any loss or damage caused by any member of their party or visitors, full payment is expected for any such damage.
We expect all guests and their visitors to have consideration for other people if in our reasonable opinion you or any member of your party behaves
in such a way as to cause or likely to cause danger upset or distress to any third party or damage to property, we will terminate the break of the
person (s) concerned
The hot tubs and saunas are unsupervised and are therefore used at entirely your own risk. We maintain the hot tubs daily any inappropriate use
resulting in a chemical imbalance and a need to empty and refill the hot tub may result in a £50.00 charge made to the lead person. Guides to proper
use can be found in the information folder
OUR DUTY OF CARE
We will provide free of charge all bed linen towels and bath robes (guests are expected to provide their own cot linen if required)
For bookings of more than one week linen and towels will be changed at the end of each week
Electricity and water and heating are provided free of charge
Although Rutland Luxury Lodges will not normally enter a occupied lodge we reserve the right of entry to property at all reasonable times for
purpose of inspection or to carry out any necessary repairs or maintenance
Rutland Luxury Lodges cannot accept responsibility or pay compensation where the performance of our contract with you is prevented or effected by
reason of circumstances which amount to force majeure. These circumstances include any event which we could not even with due care foresee or avoid.
Such circumstances include the destruction or damage of your accommodation (which cannot reasonably be remedied to a satisfactory standard before
the start of your holiday) through fire, flood, explosion, storm or other weather damage, break-in, criminal damage, riots or civil strife or any
other similar event
Cancellations must be made in writing by the lead person
All deposits are non refundable
If full payment has been made and we can relet the lodge 50% of the balance will be refunded. If the lodge cannot be re-let no refund will be
